Whether you’re looking to protect yourself, your loved ones, or simply feel more secure in everyday life, our self-defense programs are designed to meet you where you are.

Women's
Self-Defense
Our Women’s Self-Defense Class focuses on practical, real-world skills designed to build confidence, awareness, and personal safety. Training topics include situational awareness, boundary setting, verbal de-escalation, escape techniques, defense against common grabs and attacks, and basic striking for self-protection. Classes emphasize realistic scenarios, stress management, and simple, effective movements that work regardless of size or strength. The goal is to empower women with the tools and mindset needed to recognize danger early, respond decisively, and protect themselves in everyday situations.
Senior Citizen
Self-Defense
Our Senior Citizen Self-Defense Class is designed to help older adults stay safe, confident, and independent through practical, age-appropriate training. The class focuses on situational awareness, fall prevention, balance and mobility, verbal boundary setting, and simple self-defense techniques to respond to common threats such as grabs or intimidation. Emphasis is placed on low-impact movements, personal safety strategies, and avoiding dangerous situations whenever possible. Participants build confidence, improve coordination, and learn effective skills that prioritize safety, awareness, and smart decision-making in everyday life.


Family
Self-Defense
Our Family Self-Defense Classes teach families how to stay safe by working together as a unified team. Training focuses on communication, awareness, and coordinated responses to real-world situations, helping parents and children understand their roles during potential threats. Topics include safety planning, boundary setting, escape strategies, and age-appropriate self-defense techniques that emphasize protection and teamwork over confrontation. By training together, families build trust, confidence, and practical skills that help them protect one another and respond calmly and effectively in everyday situations.
Kids
Self-Defense
Our Kids Self-Defense Classes help children build confidence, awareness, and personal safety skills in a fun and supportive environment. Training includes stranger danger awareness, anti-bullying strategies, personal boundaries, and how to seek help from trusted adults. Kids learn age-appropriate self-defense techniques, verbal assertiveness, and safe ways to escape and avoid dangerous situations. The focus is on building confidence, discipline, and smart decision-making while teaching children how to stay safe both at school and in everyday life.


street
Defense
Our Street Defense Class focuses on practical self-protection skills for real-world environments outside the dojo. Training emphasizes situational awareness, threat recognition, avoidance, and de-escalation, along with effective responses to common street attacks such as grabs, pushes, and strikes. Students learn how to protect themselves in everyday settings like parking lots, sidewalks, and public spaces, using simple, high-percentage techniques under realistic conditions. The class builds confidence, decision-making, and the ability to respond quickly and effectively when personal safety is at risk.
Group
Self-Defense
Our Group Self-Defense Classes are specially scheduled for pre-formed groups and tailored to the unique needs of each organization. Ideal for groups such as Girl Scouts, schools, colleges, law enforcement teams, healthcare workers, workplace staff, community organizations, and youth programs, these classes focus on relevant real-world scenarios participants may encounter. Training topics include situational awareness, personal safety strategies, communication, de-escalation, and practical self-defense techniques. By customizing the curriculum for each group, participants gain meaningful, hands-on skills that promote confidence, teamwork, and personal safety in their specific environments.
Classes may be offered at our school or we can travel to you!
A minimum of 10 people are required for a private group lesson.
